Hey! My name is Jake and I’m a composer, guitarist, and award-winning guitar tutor based in Midlothian, Scotland. I create cinematic music in a variety of styles, and release progressive rock under the name Desolate Dreams.

I provide beginner-advanced guitar tuition online and locally in Midlothian & Edinburgh, and was awarded Guitar Tutor of the Year 2023 and 2024 for Midlothian for the SME Scottish Enterprise Awards.
